Brian Cox
Chairman
After reading Law at Cambridge, Brian joined merchant bankers S G Warburg & Co Limited as part of a team advising on Takeovers, Mergers and New Issues. Brian was appointed Company Secretary of S G Warburg & Co Limited, Mercury Securities PLC (S G Warburg's quoted parent company) and of Keystone Investment Company PLC, a fully-listed investment trust. From there, he moved to become an Executive Director of Barclays Merchant Bank Limited, the merchant banking subsidary of Barclays Plc. Since then, he has served as non-executive Chairman of several companies, including fully-listed East Lancashire Paper Group PLC, Ashley Industrial Trust PLC and Camford Engineering PLC before buying into Neville Registrars Limited, where his wide corporate advisory and legal experience is particularly relevant.
John Harris
Senior Registrar
John is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and Chartered Securities Institute and has worked in the registration field for most of his working life, starting at GKN followed by Birmingham Small Arms Company before joining Neville Registrars Limited. He was for many years Secretary and Treasurer of the Birmingham Registrars Group and has a wide experience in the field.
Jenny Cieslik
Assistant Registrar
Jennifer has spent her entire working career at Neville and her valuable experience in registration is consulted on a daily basis. Her main duties involve the day to day registration of certificated and electronic shareholdings through the Crest System (Euroclear UK and Ireland), various legal documentation and assisting the registrar.
Anne Eades
Assistant Registrar
Anne began her career at Neville immediately after completing her education and after ten years of dedicated service left the company to start her family. Having furthered her career within other firms prior to rejoining us in 2007, she now works within the registration department and assists the company registrar.
Nic Lawton
P.A. to Chairman
Nic joined Neville in 2008 after gaining many years experience in a large firm of Chartered Accountants. Using her knowledge and Business Administration qualifications, she assists the Chairman in all procedures and client relations on a day to day basis.
Matthew Roberts
Head of I.T.
Matt joined the company in 2006 to modernise and enhance Neville’s IT infrastructure and develop their bespoke software solutions.
Tony Newton
Software Developer
Tony joined the company with Matt to work on the company's software solutions which are being continually improved to meet new requirements and expand scalability.
Gill Johnson
Office Manager
Gill started her career in 1968 at the Inland Revenue as a Tax Officer before joining a local firm of Chartered Accountants in 1973 and progressing to Payroll and Company Secretarial Manager. She joined Neville in 2005 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position as Office Manager.
Mark Hickman
Shareholder Services Executive
Mark joined Neville in 1999 having completed a broad range of studies. His main responsibility lies in aiding the management of the corporate actions department (fund raising, takeovers, dividend and loan interest administration).
Lottie Coyle
Shareholder Services Assistant
Lottie joined Neville in 2006 with an impressive background in business administration - including one of Neville’s former PLC client’s. Her experience and supporting qualifications are an essential contribution in aiding the corporate actions department.
David McGahey
Support Services Executive
David has been working at Neville since 2000. His main responsibilities are helping and advising on incoming calls and email enquiries, processing proxy forms, providing shareholder information and managing Annual Returns.
Reece Mason
Support Services
Reece joined in 2007 after successfully completing two years of College. His main work duties include answering incoming calls and handling proxy votes as well as supplying share register quotations to data analyst organisations and managing the despatch of post on a daily basis.
Emma Aston
Marketing
Having successfully completed a BA Honours Degree in 2003 and acquiring a number of years experience in the Sales, Administration, Voluntary and Health sectors, Emma went on to spend six valuable years working as a Registrar in Local Government. She joined Neville Registrars in 2009 and now oversees all aspects of the company's marketing operation.
