I have lost/mislaid my Share Certificate. Can I have a replacement?

Upon receipt of a written and signed request for a replacement Certificate, we will arrange for the necessary form to be sent to you for completion and return. Upon receiving this we are able to issue a duplicate Share Certificate.

I have reported my Share Certificate as missing but now I have found it. What do I do?

If you have already completed the letter of indemnity, please send the original certificate back to us as it is now invalid. If you have not returned the letter of indemnity yet, please return the letter of indemnity to us with a letter confirming you have found the Share Certificate.

I have changed my name. What is required?

We will require the original documents of change or a certified copy together with any original Share Certificates for endorsement. Upon receiving and verifying this we will be able to issue replacement Share Certificates.

I have changed my address. What do I do?

Please send us a written request stating which company your holding is with, your previous address and your new address and we will make the changes for you.

A shareholder has passed away and the Next of Kin requires help with formalities. What do I do?

We require the details in writing together with a sealed copy Grant of Probate/Administration and the original Share Certificate(s). If the shares are held by more than one shareholder a Death Certificate will suffice.

I have not received my Dividend Payment. Can I have a replacement?

We require written notification and a request for a replacement to be issued. Upon receiving this request we are able to cancel the lost cheque and issue a replacement.
